Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu cinema along with a handful of Malayalam. She was awarded an award called the National Film Award as Best Actress in the year 2018 for her portrayal of actress Savitri, who appeared in the Telugu film Mahanati. The actress also won three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents include film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began in early 2000s when she was a child actor. She returned into the industry of film after studying fashion. The first time she starred in a leading role was in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). The first film she acted in outside Malayalam was Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The movie didn't do well at the box office. The first film she acted in was A. A. Her busy schedule throughout 2015 meant that she had to opt out of films that she was working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to take on bigger projects. As a result, she was also involved in two projects, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo which starred Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played her role as Thodari as Thodari in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film was delayed. Reports indicate that Janakitho Nenu is expected to debut in September 2020. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and starred actor Ram Pothineni.
